• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Any outstanding fees must be cleared before accessing study materials, online resources, or classroom sessions.
2. Attendance & Discipline
• Punctuality and discipline are mandatory. Any misconduct may lead to suspension or expulsion without a refund.
• Use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the instructor.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources available on https://accelmind.in including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of https://accelmind.in or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
4. Performance & Results
• Our coaching programs are designed to help students prepare for IIT JEE, but we do not guarantee specific results or ranks.
• Regular assessments and tests are conducted to track progress, and students are expected to participate actively.
5. Code of Conduct
• Students must respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
• Any form of cheating, misbehaviour, or violation of institute rules may result in disciplinary action.
6. Liability & Safety
• The institute is not responsible for any material or physical loss or injury, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Students must follow safety guidelines within the institute premises.
7. Changes to Terms
• The institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through our website or official channels.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Noida (G.B. Nagar, UP) courts only.
